Objectives
In striving to promote our Mission Statement, the Ashland Business Alliance will:
- Research and pass on relevant information to members on topics of local importance
- Act as an information resource and sounding board for the membership
- Sponsor candidate forums
- Keep informed of the issues as they relate to business interest in the City of Ashland and lobby for changes as deemed necessary
- Represent the positions of the organization before various levels of government with professional and balanced advocacy, urging a rational resolution of issues
- Provide assistance and support to members of the community in need, and will work with city officials to reduce barriers related to business
- Recruit businesses to be members of the Ashland Business Alliance to continue growth
